WHO ARE WE?

The Bay Area Seminoles is a youth organization that operates multiple sports, cheer, music, tutoring and mentorship programs under the 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization We Lead Ours. The Bay Area Seminoles looks to use youth sports to grow an all-encompassing youth developmental organization that teaches, supports and models life skills that ensure the success of each and every participant. Our board consists of men and women committed to providing all the resources our youth need to succeed not only on the fields of competition but also in the classroom and life.

Seminole Youth Football & Cheer Program

Our Seminole youth football & Cheer program has successfully served as our organization’s introduction to the community. Our inaugural season was 2016 where our organization achieved a high level of success.  Our organization serves youths ages 5-14 years old with football, cheerleading and band teams.

Fundamentals and Ethics

The Bay Area Seminoles origin came to fruition by concerned individuals who wanted to make sure ALL youth were taught the game of football and able to display that lesson on the field. It is our job to teach and train each and every player equally, not just a select few. Yes, winning is nice, but winning the hearts and respect of our players is far more important.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide children with enrichment programs that use hands-on learning experiences to nurture life skills that focus on; career exploration, civic leadership, college preparation, and health and wellness through youth sports and education.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create and sustain strong relationships with Bay Area youths and their families in order to provide the consistent support needed for our participants to succeed. We envision an organization that provides coaching, development, and mentorship programs to its participants that grows into a self-sustaining and thriving Bay Area community organization.
